The three-day ITIL® Practitioner training further builds on the theoretical insights of the ITIL Foundation training. Participants now learn how to use ITIL practical and insightful.
The experienced and certified trainer is now focusing on applying and understanding the Continual Service Improvement guidelines within an organization context and applying and understanding the main ITSM concepts within Continual Service Improvement.
Together with your fellow students, we practice in groups in applying ITSM guidelines and ensuring improvement programs in practice.
Also, implementing measurements and metrics within the Continual Service Improvement process is widely discussed.
You will learn how to communicate effectively to support the Continual Service Improvement process and to organize a good change management to support the Continual Service Improvement process.
This training includes the examination and certification of the ITIL Practitioner certificate.
The ITIL Practitioner Certificate gives you 3 ITIL Expert Credits.
