PRINCE2 Agile is a form of tailoring of PRINCE2, where Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban and Lean Startup are used to realize the project result.

This best practice has been developed in response to market demand. As more and more (larger) organizations work in an Agile way and most Agile frameworks are insufficient for large and implementation projects, one seeks to connect to the popular and widely used PRINCE2 methodology. This connection has now been found in the form of PRINCE2 Agile.
The following subjects are covered in the PRINCE2 Agile training:
- Basic concepts of working in the Agile way
- Different Agile approaches, such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, DevOps, Scaled Agile Framework
- Purpose and context for the combination of PRINCE2 and Agile
- Tailoring of PRINCE2 on the Agile approach
- How do you edit Principles, Themes, Processes and Management products.
This training not only helps you position Agile, including many applied agile methods and techniques, but also to handle the PRINCE2® control of projects in an agile manner and to direct internal and external Agile teams.
Each participant receives a supporting digital lesson folder with accredited material. Students also gain access to supportive e-learning.
This training works preparatory for Prince2 Agile certification. This exam is not included in the price. It can be organized and taken on request.

This training is excellent for project managers and for every employee involved in the management of Agile projects, and who are not finding all the answers in the standard agile frameworks.
For prior knowledge is requested: PRINCE2 Foundation or PRINCE2 Practitioner, Project Management Professional® (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management® (CAPM), IMPA Levels A, B, C, or D® (Certified Projects Director).
