You work through the six pillars of Responsible AI, the EU AI Act and its risk-level approach, GDPR intersections, and what AI literacy means in a real organisational context. A dedicated governance module takes you step by step through building your own AI governance structure, from setting up a working group and AI registry to conducting initial risk assessments.

The course also addresses ethical decision-making, bias, and how to implement Responsible AI across the full AI lifecycle, including auditing. It closes with a practical look at Microsoft tools, specifically Viva and Purview, that support AI governance in a Microsoft environment.
