Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys (formerly known as Dynamics 365 Marketing) is the Customer Engagement offering from Microsoft designed to help customers automate many essential functions of their digital marketing strategies.
This one-day bootcamp will deliver a basic introduction and cover the essential topics to help you get started. The course is a scheduled virtual instructor lead event and will provide insights into segmentation, email marketing, event-based activities, real time marketing through customer journeys and more.
