This 3-day Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service training is presented in a one-day-a-week format. This means that the 3 lesson days (live webinar training) are spread over 3 consecutive weeks. This allows you to be flexible with the working week and you have time to prepare (with questions) for the next session.
In this training the following Microsoft Dyanmics 365 Customer Service topics are covered: cases, entitlements, service level agreements, knowledge management, and customer voice. You learn to plan services, to work with Dynamics 365 services workplaces. You will also learn to work with omnichannel for Dynamics 365 customer service and you will learn to use analytics and insights. This training also teaches you how to proactively deal with customer service scenarios by using connected service. You will also learn to use the Power Platform to complete and improve your Dynamics 365 customer service solution.
This training is provided by an excellent and highly experienced trainer with MCT and MVP accreditation. You also get access to the official Microsoft course material.

The Functional Consultant implements a solution using out of the box capabilities, codeless extensibility, application and service integrations.
